1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔ The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
✔ The return request is made within 07 days from the date of delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns for software, earphones, or personal-use accessories due to hygiene and licensing reasons.

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and return it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Full Refund – If the return meets all eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund within 3 business days after receiving the item.
✔ Partial Refunds – If the product is returned in a non-original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
✔ Non-Refundable Items – Digital products, software, and personal-use accessories are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer a free exchange. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
